Returns and Exchanges

Every Bankrupt Millionaire item is backed by our long standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have ordered the wrong size, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

We will provide a free return or exchange on any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund based on the original method of payment.


Returns / Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. It is valid for all Australian Customers. If you are an international customer, please choose your style and size carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with all original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bankruptmillionaire.com and send your item to: Unit 4, 6-8 Bluett Drive, Smeaton Grange, , AU, 2567.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty or not as described. We will still happily exchange a sale item if you have ordered the wrong size.
